After yesterday’s workout I was left feeling a little sore. But I jumped back into things again today! My warm up walk was a little longer, but I blame that on trying to find the right playlist lol! I’ll admit my run today was not so great. I was constantly getting that heavy feeling in my chest and running out of breath. I took more walking breaks than yesterday’s run. However, in keeping with this hopefully I’ll build some endurance!
Here’s everything I did:
- Walk – 10 minutes
- Stretch – 5 minutes
- Jog – 15 minutes
- Stretch – 15 minutes
- Squats – 2 sets of 25
- Lunges – 2 sets 20 (alternating legs)
- Side lunges – 2 sets of 20 (per leg)
- Calf raises – 3 sets of 20
After my workout I made a yummy protein shake of frozen bananas, fresh blueberries, and strawberries. Plus a little ice and rice milk + protein powder!
