Back in this not so little college town of mine! Today was my first day back at work and in exactly a week I’ll be staring summer classes. I have always found it difficult to balance work, classes, and exercise. Exercise usually gets the least attention of the 3. However, today I was able to squeeze in a 15 minute run. I warmed up and stretched for about 10 minutes beforehand. I didn’t do any of my usual leg, arm, or ab exercises. But I hope to fit that in tomorrow! 🙂
