Running Out Of Breath


Woke up early this morning to go to the gym since I missed yesterday. 😦  Today was actually a good run nevertheless. I was able to run for about 20 minutes! However the 1.79 miles you see did include some walking. Over the next few  weeks I want to figure out how to not run out of breath so easily. I’m curious if this is in fact related to nutrition and hydration; because as far as I know I don’t have asthma. When I was younger and did track I could run for miles at a time. Perhaps that was just because my body was conditioned to it. But this week I’m going to focus on drinking more water and making a few slight changes to my diet, I’ll let you know how it goes! 🙂
